What an excellent hotel! We loved it! We came here for a quiet weekend to celebrate my partners birthday. The room was a little smaller than what we was expecting but it's was still roomy and it did have a huuuge TV. We loved the look of all the high gloss furniture and the decor. We didn't have chance to book the cinema room but we still had a nosey at it. My only negative about Hotel 21 is that a lot of the photos while booking are reused throughout the different rooms so you don't fully know what to expect. But other than that we would definitely recommend Hotel 21 and we will be looking to book again sometime.
Lovely experience here!! Great location and the most thoughtful staff. My mum treated me to an overnight stay here for a little break away. Mum mentioned to the staff that I am a Nurse, and on our return from our outing, flowers, chocolates and beautiful card were left outside our room!! Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Would 100% recommend! Thank you so much to Julie and the team at Hotel 21!
Hotel is finished to a high standard, staff very polite, in the center of town so did get noisey in the night, bed was slightly to hard for me, but that is my own preference overall a good place to stay
Very modern.staff friendly. Clean and comfortable. Didn't like the no doors on toilets .But I would stay here again .Very central.
Lovely reception on a cold wet Friday in Southport, lift, stairs and public areas all clean, modern and well laid out. We were in the very top rooms, very clean, nice bed and reading earlier reviews the management have taken things onboard. We stayed one night, room a little warm, maybe turn the whole heating down 2-3. Other than that, shower, tv, drinks were amazing for the money.
A chic, minimal room in a stylish hotel. Lovely and quiet which was perfect for our Anniversary night away. Would have been lovely if the Bistro was open as it was raining (typical British weather) so would have dined there rather than walking to a restaurant nearby.
Staff extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is beautiful, also child friendly my children loved it, great location, the room was very clean and modern. The bed was really comfortable would highly recommend. I personally couldn't fault anything and cannot wait to visit again.
